Cutting‐Edge Aptasensing Approaches for Electrochemical Detection of Exosomes Utilizing MXenes

open access: yesChemElectroChem, EarlyView.
This work notably summarizes research on 2D MXenes/MXene's‐hybrid‐based nanoplatforms patterned with aptamers as an alternative to antibodies affording highly sensitive and robust biosensing of exosomes as well as their efficient isolation. The exosomes are highlighted as a valuable source of biomarkers and with the immobilization approaches of ...

Study on the hypolipidemic effect of Inonotus obliquus polysaccharide in hyperlipidemia rats based on the regulation of intestinal flora

open access: yesFood Science &Nutrition, Volume 11, Issue 1, Page 191-203, January 2023., 2023
The IOP‐A has a hypolipidemic effect, which may be due to its ability to regulate the expression of CYP7A1 and SREBP‐1c, as well as to correct an imbalance in the structure of the intestinal microflora. Abstract The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of Inonotus obliquus polysaccharide (IOP) on blood lipids and its regulation on the ...

Development, food intake, and ethinylestradiol influence hepatic triglyceride lipase and LDL-receptor mRNA levels in rats.

open access: yesJournal of Lipid Research, 1990
The influence of development and ethinylestradiol on low density lipoprotein (LDL)-receptor mRNA and hepatic triglyceride lipase (HTGL) activity and mRNA levels was studied in rat liver and intestine.

Lactic acid bacteria isolated from traditional Iranian butter with probiotic and cholesterol‐lowering properties: In vitro and in situ activity

open access: yesFood Science &Nutrition, Volume 11, Issue 1, Page 350-363, January 2023., 2023
Traditional Iranian butter samples were collected from different parts of Iran and were screened for the presence of Lactic acid bacteria. The selected LAB were identified to species level by biphasic approach. The ability of selected LAB to lower the cholestrol both in vitro and in situ was then determined.

Cholesteryl ester storage disease: complex molecular effects of chronic lovastatin therapy.

open access: yesJournal of Lipid Research, 1992
To better characterize the in vivo effects of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase inhibition on human lipid metabolism, an adolescent male with cholesteryl ester storage disease (CESD) was treated chronically with lovastatin ...

Lactobacillus paracasei N1115 attenuates obesity in high‐fat diet‐induced obese mice

open access: yesFood Science &Nutrition, Volume 11, Issue 1, Page 418-427, January 2023., 2023
Lactobacillus paracasei N1115 relieved high fat diet induced obesity. Lactobacillus paracasei N1115 decreased body weight, fat accumulation and hyperlipidemia by increasing the abundance of beneficial bacteria (Allobaculum and L. Zeae) and decreased harmful bacteria (Turicibacter).
