Legal drafting- the present inadequacies and the alternatives

In this thesis, the present stat of legal drafting is examined. The costs imposed by current drafting methods are examined. Normalised legal drafting is propsed as an alternative. A replication of an experiment by Allen and Engholm is undertaken, with the results suggesting further research is necessary into this, as yet, undeveloped field.
