Opportunities for Collaboration in Legal Drafting
SSRN Electronic Journal, 2018The five professors who teach Legal Drafting at the University Of Florida Levin College Of Law meet weekly to collaborate with each other. We also set aside two or three class sessions every semester to experiment with new and innovative teaching ideas. This semester I used that time to introduce additional collaboration into the class.

Legal drafting- the present inadequacies and the alternatives
2023In this thesis, the present stat of legal drafting is examined. The costs imposed by current drafting methods are examined. Normalised legal drafting is propsed as an alternative. A replication of an experiment by Allen and Engholm is undertaken, with the results suggesting further research is necessary into this, as yet, undeveloped field.
