Targeting COPA to Enhance Erdafitinib Sensitivity in FGFR‐Altered Bladder Cancer
Coatomer protein complex subunit α facilitates the transport of the cargo protein LRPPRC across the Golgi complex and enhances its stability, thereby increasing LRPPRC expression; LRPPRC promotes the stability of ID3 mRNA in an m6A‐dependent manner, thereby decreasing the transcriptional activity of p16 and p21, which leads to increased erdafitinib ...

Corramycin is a novel natural product produced by the myxobacterium Corallococcus coralloides. The structure, extraordinary total synthesis and biosynthesis of the antibiotic is described for the first time. Its promise as an in vivo septicemia model, the absence of cross‐resistance with commonly used antibiotic classes, and the lack of cytotoxicity ...

Conformational gel analysis and graphics: Measurement of side chain rotational isomer populations by NMR and molecular mechanics [PDF]
Conformational gel analysis and graphics systematically identifies and evaluates plausible alternatives to the side chain conformations found by conventional peptide or protein structure determination methods. The proposed analysis determines the populations of side chain rotational isomers and the probability distribution of these populations.

In this study, a comprehensive single‐cell transcriptome atlas of the Dezhou donkey, encompassing 20 tissues and 275 050 cells, is constructed. Through cross‐species and cross‐tissue analyses, distinct transcriptional patterns in donkey sebocytes are identified.

Diffusion NMR study of complex formation in membrane-associated peptides [PDF]
Pulsed-field-gradient nuclear magnetic resonance (PFG-NMR) is used to obtain the true hydrodynamic size of complexes of peptides with sodium dodecyl sulfate SDS micelles. The peptide used in this study is a 19-residue antimicrobial peptide, GAD-2. Two smaller dipeptides, alanine-glycine (Ala-Gly) and tyrosine-leucine (Tyr-Leu), are used for comparison.

Targeting miRNA‐1a and miRNA‐15b: A Novel Combinatorial Strategy to Drive Adult Cardiac Regeneration
The article explores a novel therapeutic strategy for cardiac regeneration by targeting miRNA‐1a and miRNA‐15b. Combinatorial inhibition of miR‐1a and miR‐15b enhances cardiomyocyte proliferation, improves heart function, and reduces fibrosis in myocardial infarction models.

Effects of dietary carbohydrate and energy intake on LAT1 protein expression in rat skeletal muscle
Glucose has been reported to reduce the expression of L-type amino acid transporter 1 (LAT1) protein in C2C12 myocytes. We therefore hypothesized that increased dietary carbohydrate and energy intake would reduce LAT1 protein expression in rodent ...
