DirectL: Efficient Radiance Fields Rendering for 3D Light Field Displays
Autostereoscopic display technology, despite decades of development, has not achieved extensive application, primarily due to the daunting challenge of three-dimensional (3D) content creation for non-specialists. The emergence of Radiance Field as an innovative 3D representation has markedly revolutionized the domains of 3D reconstruction ...

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic

Moiré-free and high-resolution light field 3D display based on random parallax barrier
Flat-panel three-dimensional (3D) displays, which rely on light-control elements (such as lenticular sheets or parallax barriers) to redirect pixels and reconstruct 3D light fields, often suffer from display artifacts like moiré, crosstalk, and ratio ...

Morphing a Stereogram into Hologram
We developed a method to transform stereoscopic two-dimensional (2D) images into holograms via unsupervised morphing deformations between left (L) and right (R) input images.

Light-field generation for 3D light-field display with IARF and adaptive ray sampling
High-quality light-field generation of real scenes based on view synthesis remains a significant challenge in three-dimensional (3D) light-field displays. Recent advances in neural radiance fields have greatly enhanced light-field generation. However, challenges persist in synthesizing high-quality cylindrical viewpoints within a short time.

Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

Light-field displays typically consist of a two-dimensional (2D) display panel and a light modulation device. The 2D panel presents synthesized parallax images, with the total information content of the three-dimensional (3D) light field dictated by the ...
