Resolvent Compositions for Positive Linear Operators
Resolvent compositions were recently introduced as monotonicity-preserving operations that combine a set-valued monotone operator and a bounded linear operator. They generalize in particular the notion of a resolvent average. We analyze the resolvent compositions when the monotone operator is a positive linear operator.

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

Differential Operators and Differential Calculus on $delta-$Hom-Jordan-Lie Superalgebras
Introduction Hom-algebraic structures appeared first as a generalization of Lie algebras in [1,3], where the authors studied q-deformations of Witt and Virasoro algebras. A general study and construction of Hom-Lie algebras

Linear combination of composition operators on $H^\infty$ and the Bloch space
Let $λ_i (i=1,...,k)$ be any nonzero complex scalars and $φ_i (i=1,..,k)$ be any analytic self-maps of the unit disk $\mathbb{D}$. We show that the operator $\sum_{i=1}^kλ_iC_{φ_i}$ is compact on the Bloch space $\mathcal{B}$ if and only if $$\lim_{n\to\infty}\|λ_1φ_1^n+λ_2φ_2^n+...+λ_kφ_k^n\|_{\mathcal{B}}=0.$$ We also study the linear combination of ...

Pair‐wise comparison of the CellSearch and FETCH enrichment technologies for circulating tumor cells (CTCs) from metastatic breast, prostate, and small cell lung cancer patients shows an increased capture of CTCs using FETCH enrichment. The clinical implementation of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) as a predictive tool for therapy efficacy in the ...

We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic

Oncogenic DMTF1β promotes cancer cell motility by regulating autophagy through ULK1 stabilization
In the current study, we demonstrate that the oncogene DMTF1β regulates ULK1 stability by reducing its proteasomal degradation in cancer cells. This stabilization enables ULK1 to induce autophagy, which in turn facilitates cancer cell migration. Consequently, reduced DMTF1β levels lead to decreased autophagy and impaired cancer cell migration.

A bilinear Bogolyubov-Ruzsa lemma with polylogarithmic bounds
A bilinear Bogolyubov-Ruzsa lemma with polylogarithmic bounds, Discrete Analysis 2019:10, 14 pp. The Bogolyubov-Ruzsa lemma in additive combinatorics states that if $A$ is a subset of density $\alpha$ of $\mathbb{F}^n$, where $\mathbb{F}$ is a finite ...

Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

Breast cancer remains a major cause of cancer death in women, frequently developing endocrine therapy resistance. This study demonstrates that upregulated p21‐activated kinase 1 (PAK1) activity drives resistance to tamoxifen and long‐term estrogen deprivation in ER+ breast cancer models.
