Criteria for Oscillation of Half-Linear Functional Differential Equations of Second-Order
The present article aims to establish more effective criteria for testing the oscillation of a class of functional differential equations with delay arguments.

Structural and biochemical characterisations show that the planar cell polarity (PCP) protein Inturned harbours a unique PDZ‐like domain that does not bind canonical PDZ‐binding motifs (PBMs) like that of another PCP protein Vangl2. In contrast, the apical‐basal polarity protein Scribble contains four PDZ domains that bind Vangl2, but one PDZ domain ...

Holomorphic solutions to linear first-order functional differential equations
In this paper we study holomorphic solutions to linear first-order functional differential equations that have a nonlinear functional argument. We focus on the existence of local solutions at a fixed point of the functional argument and the holomorphic ...

Parallel unstructured solvers for linear partial differential equations [PDF]
This thesis presents the development of a parallel algorithm to solve symmetric systems of linear equations and the computational implementation of a parallel partial differential equations solver for unstructured meshes.

Stabilisation of hybrid stochastic differential equations by delay feedback control
This paper is concerned with the exponential mean-square stabilisation of hybrid stochastic differential equations (also known as stochastic dierential equations with Markovian switching) by delay feedback controls.

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Variational method and conjugacy criteria for half-linear differential equations [PDF]
summary:We establish new conjugacy criteria for half-linear second order differential equations. These criteria are based on the relationship between conjugacy of the investigated equation and nonpositivity of the associated energy ...

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.
