Analysis and Controller Design for Parameter Varying T-S Fuzzy Systems with Markov Jump
In this paper, we investigate a novel T-S fuzzy parameter varying system with Markov jump, in which parameters depend not only on a Markov chain but also on linear parameter varying elements that take values in convex polytopic sets.

Synthesis of Memory Gain-Scheduled Controllers for Discrete-Time LPV Systems
This paper considers synthesis of discrete-time gain-scheduled controllers for linear parameter varying systems based on linear matrix inequalities (LMIs).

Development of therapies targeting cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) necessitates preclinical model systems that faithfully represent CAF–tumor biology. We established an in vitro coculture system of patient‐derived pancreatic CAFs and tumor cell lines and demonstrated its recapitulation of primary CAF–tumor biology with single‐cell transcriptomics ...

Supervisory Fault Tolerant Control of the GTM UAV Using LPV Methods
A multi-level reconfiguration framework is proposed for fault tolerant control of over-actuated aerial vehicles, where the levels indicate how much authority is given to the reconfiguration task.

Robust passivity and passification of stochastic fuzzy time-delay systems [PDF]
The official published version can be obtained from the link below. In this paper, the passivity and passification problems are investigated for a class of uncertain stochastic fuzzy systems with time-varying delays.

Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

Effective therapeutic targeting of CTNNB1‐mutant hepatoblastoma with WNTinib
WNTinib, a Wnt/CTNNB1 inhibitor, was tested in hepatoblastoma (HB) experimental models. It delayed tumor growth and improved survival in CTNNB1‐mutant in vivo models. In organoids, WNTinib outperformed cisplatin and showed enhanced efficacy in combination therapy, supporting its potential as a targeted treatment for CTNNB1‐mutated HB.

Robustness Margins for Linear Parameter Varying Systems
An approach for extending classical robustness margins to linear parameter varying (LPV) systems is presented. LPV systems are often used to model aircraft dynamics that are highly dependent on the operating conditions such as altitude and airspeed. Classical gain and phase margins are evaluated in the frequency domain and therefore cannot be applied ...
