Fuzzy Goal Programming Procedure to Bilevel Multiobjective Linear Fractional Programming Problems

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 2010
This paper presents a fuzzy goal programming (FGP) procedure for solving bilevel multiobjective linear fractional programming (BL-MOLFP) problems. It makes an extension work of Moitra and Pal (2002) and Pal et al. (2003).

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Hybrid linear programming to estimate CAP impacts of flatter rates and environmental top-ups [PDF]

open access: yes
This paper examines evolutions of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) decoupling regime and their impacts on Greek arable agriculture. Policy analysis is performed by using mathematical programming tools.

Aircraft Selection Using Linear Physical Programming

open access: yesHavacılık ve Uzay Teknolojileri Dergisi, 2019
Selection of the most appropriate aircraft is an important decision affecting the profitability of an airline. This decision requires the consideration of many different criteria including seat capacity, fuel consumption and range.

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

An exact method for a discrete multiobjective linear fractional optimization [PDF]

open access: yes
Integer linear fractional programming problem with multiple objective MOILFP is an important field of research and has not received as much attention as did multiple objective linear fractional programming.

Linear programming and development planning models [PDF]

open access: yes, 1977
Historically optimal allocation has been the major concern in the economic analysis. Such problems were dealt with classical optimization techniques such as differential calculus or the calculus of variations. A new class of optimization models has since

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.

On linear genetic programming

open access: yes, 2005
The thesis is about linear genetic programming (LGP), a machine learning approach that evolves computer programs as sequences of imperative instructions. Two fundamental differences to the more commontree-based variant (TGP) may be identified. These are the graph-based functional structure of linear genetic programs, on the one hand, and the existence ...
