Experimental Cell Research, 1957Abstract When rat liver microsomes are treated at 1–3 °C with 0.1–0.2 M bicarbonate buffer, pH 8.2–8.4, about 70 per cent of the ribonucleic acid is gradually released from the particles together with some protein.
