A 5.5-GHz 3mW LNA and inductive degenerative CMOS LNA noise figure calculation
2008 International Conference on Microelectronics, 2008This paper, presents a precise noise figure formula for inductive degeneration CMOS LNAs. Also a fully integrated CMOS LNA with on-chip spiral inductors in 0.18 ?m CMOS technology for 5.5-GHz unlicensed national information infrastructure (U-NII), 802.11a and IEEE 802.11n wireless LAN receivers is presented in this paper.

Synthesis and Hybridization Studies of 2‘-Amino-α-L-LNA and Tetracyclic “Locked LNA”
The Journal of Organic Chemistry, 2006A convergent route to a new class of locked nucleic acids, i.e., 2'-amino-alpha-L-LNA, has been developed. The optimized synthetic route to the corresponding phosphoramidite building block of thymine proceeds in 4% overall yield over 15 steps from the starting diol.

A qualitative structured approach to the design of low-noise amplifiers is presented. Emphasis is on design methodology rather than on specific specification issues. The LNA configuration is synthesized based on the requirements of the source and the load. Some examples will support the design methodology.
