CONTROL OF LOADED POINTS OF A PARABOLIC EQUATION
Summary: We consider a problem of optimal control of loading points and the corresponding reaction functions described by a loaded parabolic equation. Optimality conditions for control actions are obtained. The objective functional gradient formulas contained in these conditions are used in the algorithm for numerically solving the problem of ...

Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...

KLK7, a tissue kallikrein‐related peptidase, is elevated in advanced colorectal cancer and associated with shorter survival. High KLK7 levels in ascites correlate with peritoneal metastasis. In mice, KLK7 overexpression increases metastasis. In vitro, KLK7 enhances cancer cell proliferation, migration, adhesion, and spheroid formation, driving ...

Background. In the literature, loaded differential equations are usually called equations containing functions of the solution on manifolds of smaller dimension than the dimension of the domain of definition of the sought function.

Pyraclostrobin-loaded poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid) nanospheres: Preparation and characteristics
We used poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) as a carrier polymer for pyraclostrobin-loaded nanospheres. Using the ultrasound emulsification-solvent evaporation method, the physicochemical characteristics and release properties of the pyraclostrobin ...

Cauchy problem fore one loaded wave equation
In this paper, we consider the Cauchy problem for the loaded wave equation. Under this investigation, the loaded term falls on the characteristic of the equation, which differs, from other studied equations. The solution of the Cauchy problem is written out explicitly.

NF90–NF45 functions as a negative regulator of methyltransferase‐like 3/14 (METTL3/14)‐mediated N6‐methyladenosine (m6A) modification on primary microRNAs (pri‐miRNAs). NF90–NF45 binds to anti‐oncogenic pri‐miRNAs and inhibits their m6A modification, thereby suppressing the biogenesis of anti‐oncogenic miRNAs.

Contact and crack problems for an elastic wedge [PDF]
The contact and the crack problems for an elastic wedge of arbitrary angle are considered. The problem is reduced to a singular integral equation which, in the general case, may have a generalized Cauchy kernel.

Stable periodic density waves in dipolar Bose-Einstein condensates trapped in optical lattices
Density-wave patterns in (quasi-) discrete media with local interactions are known to be unstable. We demonstrate that \emph{stable} double- and triple- period patterns (DPPs and TPPs), with respect to the period of the underlying lattice, exist in media

PARP inhibitors induce a senescence phenotype in non‐small cell lung carcinoma cell lines
Talazoparib is the most potent inducer of senescence among different PARP1 inhibitors in human NSCLC cells. In the absence of PARP, no senescence phenotype was observed, demonstrating that PARP1 is necessary for the induction of senescence by this inhibitor.
