Source Identification for a Two-Dimensional Parabolic Equation with an Integral Constraint
We consider a two-dimensional parabolic problem subject to both Neumann and Dirichlet boundary conditions, along with an integral constraint. Based on the integral observation, we solve the inverse problem of a recovering time-dependent right-hand side ...

Loading Bose condensed atoms into the ground state of an optical lattice
We optimize the turning on of a one-dimensional optical potential, V_L(x,t) = S(t) V_0 cos^2(kx) to obtain the optimal turn-on function S(t) so as to load a Bose-Einstein condensate into the ground state of the optical lattice of depth V_0. Specifically,

Methods to improve antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) treatment durability in cancer therapy are needed. We utilized ADCs and immune‐stimulating antibody conjugates (ISACs), which are made from two non‐competitive antibodies, to enhance the entry of toxic payloads into cancer cells and deliver immunostimulatory agents into immune cells.

Sub-Poissonian atom number fluctuations using light-assisted collisions
We investigate experimentally the number statistics of a mesoscopic ensemble of cold atoms in a microscopic dipole trap loaded from a magneto-optical trap, and find that the atom number fluctuations are reduced with respect to a Poisson distribution due ...

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

We prove the unique solvability of a boundary-value problems for a third-order loaded integro-differential equation with variable coefficients, by reducing the equation to a Volterra integral equation.

Meta‐transcriptome analysis identified FGF19 as a peptide enteroendocrine hormone associated with colorectal cancer prognosis. In vivo xenograft models showed release of FGF19 into the blood at levels that correlated with tumor volumes. Tumoral‐FGF19 altered murine liver metabolism through FGFR4, thereby reducing bile acid synthesis and increasing ...

Background. One of the important sections of the theory of differential equations is loaded equations. They allow us to model processes in which the influence of external factors significantly changes the behavior of the system.

In this paper, we consider the loaded negative order nonlinear Schrodinger equation (NSE) in the class of periodic functions. It is shown that the loaded negative order nonlinear Schrodinger equation can be integrated by the inverse spectral problem ...

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.
