AbstractThe synthesis and spectral characterisation of novel organotin complexes [SnMe2(lorn)] (1) and [SnBu2(lorn)] (2) of the potent and widely used anti‐inflammatory drug lornoxicam, H2lorn, are reported. Crystal structure determinations of complexes1 and 2 showed that the ligand is doubly deprotonated at the oxygen and amide nitrogen atoms and is ...

Intoxication by Lornoxicam in Two Dogs
Background: The indiscriminate use of drugs is routinely observed in the field of veterinary medicine. Nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are the class of drugs that most commonly cause intoxication in pet animals. ABSTRACT Pharmacogenomic (PGx) testing is increasingly utilized to guide psychiatric medication selection and dosing, yet real‐world characterizations of test ordering and clinical implications remain understudied. Additionally, the extent to which psychiatry‐focused PGx results inform prescribing beyond mental health medications is unclear. This study
