Control System of the Lower Limb Rehabilitation Robot

2012
A reduced mobility resulting from diseases or injuries frequently leads to elimination of the patient from active life and makes it impossible for them to continue employment. The rehabilitation exercises aimed at improving motor skills usually involves the arduous repetition of the same necessary exercises with the active participation of an ...

Compound lower limb vibration training rehabilitation robot

Concurrency and Computation: Practice and Experience, 2020
SummaryThis paper uses a bionic lower limb rehabilitation mechanism combined with a running frame structure to simulate human gait movement for lower limb rehabilitation training. The vibration excited by the vertical vibration module causes the muscle to oscillate, and the mechanical vibration excites the neuromuscular system to obtain corresponding ...

Analysis for the foot board lower limb rehabilitation robot

2012 IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Biomimetics (ROBIO), 2012
Currently the lower limb rehabilitation robot research focuses on the exoskeleton robot, however, the effect of rehabilitation training of the exoskeleton rehabilitation robot for ankle is not satisfactory. Based on the research of the lower limb rehabilitation robot, this paper puts forward a new type of foot board rehabilitation robot, which is ...

Modeling and Control of a Lower-Limb Rehabilitation Robot

2012
This paper proposes a lower-limb rehabilitation robot. It assists patients suffering from hemiplegic to recover the hurt leg by walking in a gait trajectory. A single-side mechanical structure is designed, which is driven by the pneumatic muscles. For further research, we build a simplified 2-DOF dynamic model with the Lagrange method.

Development of a parameter adaptation robot for lower limb rehabilitation

2019 IEEE International Conference on Cybernetics and Intelligent Systems (CIS) and IEEE Conference on Robotics, Automation and Mechatronics (RAM), 2019
This paper describes a novel under-actuated lower limb rehabilitation training robot, which can resolve the problem of joint neutrality of the existing lower limb rehabilitation training robots. The presented under-actuated robot system has four linear drives and the linear motion can be transformed into the flexion and extension of lower limbs in the ...

A Robotic Lower-Limb Exoskeleton for Rehabilitation

2019
The use of robotic lower-limb exoskeletons for rehabilitation of individuals with motor impairments is currently a tendency in several research groups, as they can be used to improve therapies in many applications in the field of physiotherapy. The main reasons are that they are safe, allow accurately controlling the range of movement of the individual’
