Stimuli‐responsive nanostructured hydrogen sulfide donors for enhanced cancer treatments
Three typical kinds of stimuli‐responsive nanostructured hydrogen sulfide (H2S) donors are reviewed. The nanostructures ensure precise delivery of H2S to the lesion site and regulate the release behavior. The H2S‐based gas therapy has been used to synergize with other cancer treatment modalities, achieving enhanced efficacy while reducing side effects.

Lysyl oxidase inhibitors in colorectal cancer progression
The lysine oxidase (LOX) family, consisting of LOX and LOX-like-1–4 (LOXL1–LOXL4), catalyses the cross-linking reaction of collagen and elastin in the extracellular matrix (ECM). Numerous studies have demonstrated that LOX family members are dysregulated

Cuproptosis Inducers in Cancer Therapy: State of the Art and Challenges
Cuproptosis is emerging as a distinct copper‐dependent cell death pathway, highlighting copper as a potential metabolic vulnerability in cancer. This review examines how coordination chemistry, redox regulation, and nanomaterial design shape Cu reactivity and therapeutic outcomes.

IL‐33 induces inflammatory gene signatures in eosinophils, characterised by the upregulation of cell surface markers, inflammatory mediators and regulatory factors, all of which were also observed in nasal polyp‐derived eosinophils. Ox‐LDL and complement fragments (C3a and C5a) promote eosinophil adhesion and survival.

The role of N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modification of host mRNA during bacterial infection is unclear. Here, we show that Helicobacter pylori infection upregulates host m6A methylases and increases m6A levels in gastric epithelial cells.

12/15-lipoxygenase mediates disturbed flow-induced endothelial dysfunction and atherosclerosis
Background Disturbed flow regions in the vasculature are predisposed to endothelial dysfunction and atherosclerotic plaque formation. The enzyme 12/15-lipoxygenase (12/15-LOX, encoded by ALOX15) has emerged as a promising therapeutic target for ...

Keratinocyte Priming by Staphylococcus aureus Reduces HSV‐1 Susceptibility
ADEH+ patients have a reduced microbial diversity with increased S. aureus and S. epidermidis colonization compared to ADEH− and healthy controls. Heat‐killed S. aureus reduced HSV‐1 susceptibility and release of infectious progeny virus in a keratinocyte in vitro model. Heat‐killed S.

New biosensors and transgenic mice for multiplex cGMP imaging
Background and Purpose Cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) is a versatile second messenger that is important for human (patho‐)physiology and pharmacotherapy. Live‐cell imaging of cGMP with biosensors allows to elucidate its spatiotemporal dynamics in real time under close‐to‐native conditions. However, to monitor two separate cGMP pools or cGMP/cAMP
