Generalized Synchronization of Nonlinear Chaotic Systems through Natural Bioinspired Controlling Strategy

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2015
A novel bioinspired control strategy design is proposed for generalized synchronization of nonlinear chaotic systems, combining the bioinspired stability theory, fuzzy modeling, and a novel, simple-form Lyapunov control function design of derived high ...

Enhancing generalized spectral clustering with embedding Laplacian graph regularization

open access: yesCAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology, EarlyView.
Abstract An enhanced generalised spectral clustering framework that addresses the limitations of existing methods by incorporating the Laplacian graph and group effect into a regularisation term is presented. By doing so, the framework significantly enhances discrimination power and proves highly effective in handling noisy data.

A Stochastic Discrete Fractional Cournot Duopoly Game: Modeling, Stability, and Optimal Control

open access: yesComplexity
A stochastic discrete fractional Cournot duopoly game model with a unique interior Nash equilibrium is developed in this study. Some sufficient criteria of the Lyapunov stability in probability for the proposed model at the interior Nash equilibrium are ...

Dynamic Resource Allocation Optimisation and Security‐Resilient Control for Bandwidth‐Limited Network Control Systems With Data Conflicts

open access: yesCAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Networked control systems (NCSs) often suffer from performance degradation due to limited communication bandwidth, which can cause data transmission conflicts and packet loss. Existing scheduling strategies may fail to simultaneously meet the real‐time requirements and the importance of multisensor data, and they are particularly vulnerable ...

Lyapunov Techniques for Stochastic Differential Equations Driven by Fractional Brownian Motion

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2014
Little seems to be known about evaluating the stochastic stability of stochastic differential equations (SDEs) driven by fractional Brownian motion (fBm) via stochastic Lyapunov technique.

Categorical Lyapunov Theory II: Stability of Systems

open access: yes
Lyapunov's theorem provides a foundational characterization of stable equilibrium points in dynamical systems. In this paper, we develop a framework for stability for F-coalgebras. We give two definitions for a categorical setting in which we can study the stability of a coalgebra for an endofunctor F.

Miners' Reward Elasticity and Stability of Competing Proof‐of‐Work Cryptocurrencies

open access: yesInternational Economic Review, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Proof‐of‐Work cryptocurrencies employ miners to sustain the system through algorithmic reward adjustments. We develop a stochastic model of the multicurrency mining and identify conditions for stable transaction speeds. Bitcoin's algorithm requires hash supply elasticity <$<$1 for stability, while ASERT remains stable for any elasticity and ...

Efficient Energy‐Stable Discontinuous Galerkin Scheme for the Non‐Isothermal Cahn–Hilliard–Navier–Stokes Two‐Phase Fluid Flow System

open access: yesInternational Journal for Numerical Methods in Engineering, Volume 127, Issue 7, 15 April 2026.
ABSTRACT In this article, we propose a novel numerical framework for the non‐isothermal Cahn–Hilliard–Navier–Stokes two‐phase flow system, which couples the incompressible Navier–Stokes equations, the Cahn–Hilliard phase‐field equation, and the heat transport equation to capture temperature‐dependent two‐phase flow dynamics.

Categorical Lyapunov Theory I: Stability of Flows

open access: yes
Lyapunov's theorem provides a fundamental characterization of the stability of dynamical systems. This paper presents a categorical framework for Lyapunov theory, generalizing stability analysis with Lyapunov functions categorically. Core to our approach is the set of axioms underlying a setting for stability, which give the necessary ingredients for ``

Integrating Experimental Imaging and (Quantum‐Deformation)‐Curvature Dynamics in Bleb Morphogenesis

open access: yesEngineering Reports, Volume 8, Issue 4, April 2026.
We propose a (q,τ)$$ \left(q,\tau \right) $$‐fractional geometric flow model for cell blebbing that incorporates hereditary memory and viscoelastic effects in curvature‐driven membrane dynamics. Image‐based measurements of bleb geometry are coupled with fractional evolution equations and validated numerically.
