The role of identification in data‐driven policy iteration: A system theoretic study
Abstract The goal of this article is to study fundamental mechanisms behind so‐called indirect and direct data‐driven control for unknown systems. Specifically, we consider policy iteration applied to the linear quadratic regulator problem. Two iterative procedures, where data collected from the system are repeatedly used to compute new estimates of ...

Control System for the Navigation of the Agricultural Robots: A Review
ABSTRACT Control systems for the navigation of autonomous agricultural robots—particularly those operating in uneven terrain and in the presence of static or dynamic obstacles—have advanced considerably in recent years. As conventional machinery evolves toward increasingly automated systems, the design of reliable navigation controllers has become ...

ABSTRACT Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite communication systems have evolved into a critical component of global broadband networks, enabling wide‐area connectivity, IoT services, and intelligent multilayer satellite–terrestrial integration. Despite rapid advancements in constellation deployment, routing mechanisms, resource management, and LEO–5G/6G ...

A weak invariance principle and asymptotic stability for evolution equations with bounded generators
If V is a Lyapunov function of an equation du/dt=u′=Zu in a Banach space then asymptotic stability of an equilibrium point may be easily proved if it is known that sup(V′)

Enhancing generalized spectral clustering with embedding Laplacian graph regularization
Abstract An enhanced generalised spectral clustering framework that addresses the limitations of existing methods by incorporating the Laplacian graph and group effect into a regularisation term is presented. By doing so, the framework significantly enhances discrimination power and proves highly effective in handling noisy data.

ABSTRACT Networked control systems (NCSs) often suffer from performance degradation due to limited communication bandwidth, which can cause data transmission conflicts and packet loss. Existing scheduling strategies may fail to simultaneously meet the real‐time requirements and the importance of multisensor data, and they are particularly vulnerable ...

ABSTRACT This paper proposes a boundary control method for nonlinear distributed parameter systems (DPSs) with limited boundary measurements (BMs), as typically encountered in networked cyber‐physical processes with spatially distributed dynamics such as thermal and biomedical diffusion systems.

Passivity/Lyapunov based controller design for trajectory tracking of flexible joint manipulators [PDF]
A passivity and Lyapunov based approach for the control design for the trajectory tracking problem of flexible joint robots is presented. The basic structure of the proposed controller is the sum of a model-based feedforward and a model-independent ...
