Synergistic effects and clinical utilization of radioimmunotherapy for brain metastases from driver mutation‐negative non‐small cell lung cancer

This review summarizes how combining radiotherapy with immune checkpoint inhibitors overcomes the immunosuppressive brain microenvironment in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) brain metastases. The synergy enhances immune cell infiltration and systemic anti‐tumor activity, improving survival outcomes for patients.

Thermo‐responsive granular hydrogels (TRGHs), composed of microparticles and an interstitial matrix, exhibit thermo‐responsive mechanical properties and allow cell infiltration.
