Abstract Two cases of sporadic multicentric lymphomas with mediastinal masses in goats are documented. The first case involved a 3.5‐year‐old male goat. Ultrasound imaging revealed an enlarged right perirenal lymph node, which was confirmed as lymphoma through incisional biopsy and cytopathological analysis. Despite treatment, the goat succumbed to the

Precursor NK cell lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma - report of a case with literature review
Precursor Natural Killer cell lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma is a rare entity defined clearly by WHO (2008 WHO classification). However, the pathobiology of this subset of neoplasms is not clearly defined.

Summary Although CD20xCD3 bispecific antibodies (BsAbs) have demonstrated transformational activity in diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma (DLBCL), some patients fail to respond and others relapse. To begin to explore possible limitations, we compared the in vitro activity of four CD20xCD3 biosimilar BsAbs against four DLBCL cell lines with CD20 expression ...

LymphAtlas- A Unified Multimodal Lymphoma Imaging Repository Delivering AI-Enhanced Diagnostic Insight [PDF]
This study integrates PET metabolic information with CT anatomical structures to establish a 3D multimodal segmentation dataset for lymphoma based on whole-body FDG PET/CT examinations, which bridges the gap of the lack of standardised multimodal segmentation datasets in the field of haematological malignancies.

This study analysed 1498 single‐unit cord blood transplantation (CBT) cases (2000–2018) to evaluate the impact of mismatched human leukocyte antigen (HLA) immunogenicity. Results highlighted that Class I epitopes from recipient‐mismatched HLA‐B were associated with higher transplantation‐related mortality (TRM) and lower neutrophil engraftment ...

Heterozygous germline TET2 loss‐of‐function variants associated with an ALPS‐like phenotype
Summary Germline homozygous loss‐of‐function mutations in TET2 result in significant childhood immunodeficiency that resembles autoimmune lymphoproliferative syndrome and predisposes one to lymphoma. The implications of heterozygous variants are less well understood.

Artificial intelligence application in lymphoma diagnosis: from Convolutional Neural Network to Vision Transformer [PDF]
Recently, vision transformers were shown to be capable of outperforming convolutional neural networks when pretrained on sufficiently large datasets. Vision transformer models show good accuracy on large scale datasets, with features of multi-modal training.
