599例M蛋白阳性患者的血尿免疫固定电泳结果分析

目的回顾分析599例M蛋白阳性患者血尿免疫固定电泳的结果特点。方法通过血清蛋白电泳筛选出疑似M蛋白阳性的患者,然后免疫固定电泳确认M蛋白的分型及尿本周蛋白的存在与否,分析血清蛋白电泳M蛋白峰位置分布及与M蛋白分型之间的关系、M蛋白阳性患者的尿本周电泳结果以及M蛋白阳性患者的临床诊断结果。结果7 116例血清蛋白电泳结果中发现疑似M蛋白阳性的有706例,对此706例进行血免疫固定电泳确认599例M蛋白阳性,M带主要集中在β和γ区域,其中β区67.07%为IgA,在599例血免疫固定电泳结果中 ...
