血清免疫固定电泳、蛋白电泳、免疫球蛋白及轻链定量对多发性骨髓瘤临床诊断价值探讨

目的探讨血清蛋白电泳、总蛋白、免疫球蛋白及轻链、蛋白电泳、免疫固定电泳测定对多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的诊断价值。方法对89例多发性骨髓瘤患者的血清总蛋白、免疫球蛋白及轻链、蛋白电泳、免疫固定电泳和尿轻链κ、λ的检测结果进行统计分析。结果 89例MM患者38例患者血清总蛋白含量升高;55例免疫球蛋白及轻链定量显著升高;血清蛋白电泳56例检出M带,而免疫固定电泳中89例均为阳性结果。结论免疫固定电泳检是MM诊断的敏感方法 ,应作为MM的常规检测方法 。

基于SELDI-TOF-MS技术筛选乳腺癌血清蛋白标志物

目的筛选并鉴定乳腺癌患者血清中可能存在的蛋白标志物,建立与乳腺癌早期诊断及三阴性乳腺癌相关的蛋白质指纹图谱模型。方法分别收集60例乳腺癌患者术前及对应术后2周的血清标本,其中包括22例三阴性乳腺癌患者。采用表面增强激光解析离子化飞行时间质谱(SELDI-TOF-MS)技术筛选出乳腺癌术前组与健康对照组、乳腺癌术前组与术后组、三阴性乳腺癌组与非三阴性乳腺癌组之间血清差异蛋白,然后联合MALDI-TOF-MS、Tricine-SDS-PAGE等技术对筛选出的目标蛋白进行鉴定,最终确定乳腺癌血清特异蛋白标志物。

In the nucleus accumbens (NAc), a heparan sulfate endosulfatase Sulf1 is expressed in both dopamine D1 receptor (Drd1) expressing and Drd2‐expressing medium spiny neurons (D1‐MSNs and D2‐MSNs, respectively). Sulf1 knockout (KO) mice showed impairment in both the cocaine‐induced conditioned place preference (CPP) test and inhibitory avoidance (IA) test.
