Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2019 目的筛选并鉴定乳腺癌患者血清中可能存在的蛋白标志物,建立与乳腺癌早期诊断及三阴性乳腺癌相关的蛋白质指纹图谱模型。方法分别收集60例乳腺癌患者术前及对应术后2周的血清标本,其中包括22例三阴性乳腺癌患者。采用表面增强激光解析离子化飞行时间质谱(SELDI-TOF-MS)技术筛选出乳腺癌术前组与健康对照组、乳腺癌术前组与术后组、三阴性乳腺癌组与非三阴性乳腺癌组之间血清差异蛋白,然后联合MALDI-TOF-MS、Tricine-SDS-PAGE等技术对筛选出的目标蛋白进行鉴定,最终确定乳腺癌血清特异蛋白标志物。
