Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

This paper investigates conditions on the vertices of \(S\) to extend Jordan chains for the generalized nullspace of each minus \(M\)-matrix with singular graph \(S\). A sufficient condition for the existence of an M-matrix with prescribed spectrum
Computers & Mathematics with Applications, 2001 The inverse spectrum problem for \(M\)-matrices is studied. This problem involves finding necessary and sufficient conditions for an \(n\)-tuple of complex numbers to be the spectrum of an \(n\times n\) \(M\)-matrix. A sufficient condition is determined for the existence of \(M\)-matrices of low order with a prescribed spectrum.

Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.
