High‐Performance and High Bandwidth Electroadhesive Clutch Enabled by Fracture Mechanics and a Dielectric Nanoparticle‐Based High‐k Composite

High force electroadhesive clutch enabled by considering fracture mechanics and using BaTiO3/P(VDF‐TrFE‐CTFE)‐based dielectric coating shows high EA shear stress up to 108 N cm−2 at 300 V. This also enables low voltage operations of a wide range of applications and miniaturization of devices while providing the sufficient EA force.
