Time‐Multiplexed Organic Electrochemical Transistor for Saliva‐Based Rapid Detection of Viral Proteins

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A time‐multiplexed nanobody‐functionalized organic electrochemical transistor enables rapid and sensitive detection of three respiratory viral proteins from saliva. Sequentially addressed multi‐gate electrodes on a shared channel achieve around 1 fm detection within 15 min without sample preprocessing. Clinical validation demonstrates high specificity,

Retroperitoneal approach for redo median arcuate ligament release

open access: yesAnnals of Vascular Surgery - Brief Reports and Innovations
Median arcuate ligament syndrome (MALS) is a cause of chronic abdominal pain that can be difficult to diagnose and treat, as the pathophysiology is not completely understood and there is no definitive diagnostic and treatment algorithm.

Microglia‐Targeted Biomimetic Tetrahedral Framework Nucleic Acid Nanovesicles for Synergistic Treatment of Sepsis‐Associated Encephalopathy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Sepsis‐associated encephalopathy (SAE) lacks effective therapies. We developed ME@FDsi, a biomimetic nanodrug using a tetrahedral framework nucleic acid to deliver disulfiram and siTNFα. It crosses the blood‐brain barrier, targets M1 microglia, inhibits pyroptosis and inflammation, and scavenges ROS.

Characterization of Humic Acid Size Fractions by SEC and MALS

open access: yes, 1999
Latahco silt-loam humic acid was separated on a preparatory scale by size exclusion chromatography (SEC) on a gravity-fed Sepharose column. Four fractions from this separation were collected and further analyzed, along with whole humic acid, by high ...

A Biomimetic Nanoparticle System Intercepts and Degrades Thrombospondin‐1 to Restore Vascular Homeostasis After Ischemic Injury

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
TAX2‐NPs capture extracellular TSP‐1 in the injured liver and promote its macrophage‐mediated autophagic degradation. This process blocks TSP‐1/CD47 signaling, restores VEGFR2‐AKT activity, preserves endothelial function, and mitigates hepatic ischemia‐reperfusion injury.

Median arcuate ligament syndrome, a rare case of chronic abdominal pain

open access: yesItalian Journal of Medicine, 2018
The median arcuate ligament syndrome (MALS) is a rare disease characterized by abdominal pain caused by the external compression of the celiac artery by the median arcuate ligament.

Cancer‐Associated Fibroblast‐Derived Sphingosine‐1‐Phosphate Activates a MALL–SDC4 Axis to Facilitate Perineural Invasion in Pancreatic Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
CAF‐derived S1P activates the S1PR3‐JNK‐Jun signaling pathway, thereby transcriptionally upregulating MALL expression in cancer cells. MALL increases the cell‐surface abundance of SDC4 by promoting its recycling and restricting its lysosomal degradation, which in turn enhances RhoA‐p‐MLC2‐dependent amoeboid invasion and SDC4‐PTN axis‐mediated cancer ...
