CCL3 and IL‐7 Synergistically Enhance CAR‐T Efficacy in Solid Tumors

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Synergistic delivery of CCL3 and IL‐7 by CAR‐T cells overcomes the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment by enhancing cell infiltration, survival, and local immune reprogramming. This also establishes positive feedback that amplifies anti‐tumor activity and memory responses in both CAR‐T and endogenous T cells, presenting a robust therapeutic ...

Mammary gland of the rock cavy (Kerodon rupestris - Wied Neuwied, 1820): morphologic aspects

open access: yes, 2008
Procurando colaborar com a exploração zootécnica racional dos mocós (Kerodon rupestrir) foi descrita a morfologia da glândula mamária destes roedores, que por sua vez podem tornar-se uma fonte de alimento para população nordestina. Foram utilizados cinco

Tumor‐Specific Delivery of CD28 siRNA via Lyso‐PC C‐16 Modified Lipid Nanoparticles Overcomes Anti‐PD‐1 Resistance by Remodeling Tumor Microenvironment

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study develops 16:0 LPC‐modified lipid nanoparticles (LPC‐LNPs) with cancer cell specificity by exploiting altered tumor lipid metabolism. LPC‐LNPs encapsulating Cd28 small interfering RNA (LPC‐LNP‐Cd28) knock down cancer cell CD28 without affecting T cells, inflame the tumor microenvironment, and overcome anti‐PD‐1 resistance.

SPADE: A Deep Learning Framework for Spatial Mapping and Quantitative Cell–Cell Interaction Inference

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
SPADE integrates spatial transcriptomics with single‐cell RNA sequencing by using cell–cell communications (CCC) as a guide for spatial mapping. It improves cell‐type localization, enhances sparse gene‐expression signals, and reveals CCC programs at single‐spot resolution.

CeRNA Network Reveals the Circular RNA Characterization in Goat Ear Fibroblasts Reprogramming into Mammary Epithelial Cells

open access: yes, 2023
Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are a type of non-coding RNA that play a crucial role in the development and lactation of mammary glands in mammals. A total of 107 differentially expressed circRNAs (DE circRNAs) were found, of which 52 were up-regulated and 55 ...

Inhibition of KDEL Receptors Remodels the Tumor Microenvironment for T Cell Independent Tumor Regression

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Inhibition of KDELR2 in a small fraction of tumor cells generates sustainable immunogenic cell death conditions within the tumor microenvironment. These conditions promote the regression of tumors in a T cell independent manner. During regression, macrophages prime T cells that subsequently provide systemic protection against recurrence. The potency of

Survival analysis of female dogs with mammary tumors after mastectomy: epidemiological, clinical and morphological aspects

open access: yesPesquisa Veterinária Brasileira, 2016
: Mammary gland tumors are the most common type of tumors in bitches but research on survival time after diagnosis is scarce. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between survival time after mastectomy and a number of clinical ...

Effects of Dietary Supplementation of Lauric Acid on Lactation Function, Mammary Gland Development, and Serum Lipid Metabolites in Lactating Mice

open access: yes, 2020
Our previous studies demonstrated that lauric acid (LA) stimulated mammary gland development during puberty. However, the roles of LA on lactation in mice remain indeterminate.
