Engineering Oncolytic Virus‐Armed Macrophages for Enhanced Cancer Immunotherapy
ZIFOA‐M is engineered by conjugating oncolytic adenovirus‐loaded ZIF‐8 nanoparticles onto macrophage surfaces via bioorthogonal chemistry. Upon tumor infiltration, the platform releases OA to downregulate CD47/CD24 on tumor cells, restoring macrophage phagocytosis.

Mammary hyperplasia in a pregnant queen
Mammary hyperplasia producing severe swelling and ulceration of the mammary glands occurred during late gestation in a 10-month-old queen. Inguinal and caudal abdominal mammary glands and the left cranial abdominal mammary gland were asymmetrically and ...

This study develops an intelligent NIR‐II‐responsive nanoplatform to combat immunosuppression in breast cancer. It enables real‐time visualization of macrophage activity via “off‐on” fluorescence while simultaneously reprogramming macrophages through the CSF‐1R and CD47‐SIRPα pathways.

Triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC) cells evade natural killer (NK) cell immunity by secreting IL8 and CXCL1. These chemokines suppress NK cells’ function via CXCR1/2 and enhance cancer cells’ survival through PD‐L1 upregulation and BCL‐2 anti‐apoptotic signaling.

Histological Features in the Mammary Glands of Female Dogs throughout Lactation
> The objective of this study was to describe the histology of the mammary glands of female dogs throughout lactation. Twelve lactating female dogs were operated 4, 7, 10, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, 56, 70 and 84 days post-partum; four mammary glands of each ...

Supramolecular Assembly of Stepped‐Persistent ROS Nanogenerator for Sustained Tumor Immunotherapy
ROS catalytic systems often fail to achieve both effective tumor elimination and persistent immune activation due to their monotonous ROS production profiles. A stepped‐persistent ROS nanogenerator was developed by supramolecularly assembling multiple ROS generation modules within a nanofiber structure to simultaneously extend ROS generation duration ...

Changes in the concentrations.of the minor Constituents of goat's milk during starvation and on refeeding of the lactating animal and their relationship to mammary gland metabolism [PDF]
1. Changes in the concentrations of the minor constituents of goat's milk were observed during 48 h starvation and on refeeding.2. The concentrations of hexose phosphate and UDP-hexoses increased during starvation and decreased on refeeding.3. The concentrations of phosphoenolpyruvate and glycerate 3-phosphate decreased during starvation and increased ...

SLC25A13 is identified as an immunometabolic driver of triple‐negative breast cancer that sustains ferroptosis resistance and immune evasion through a STAT3–IFI6 circuit. Pharmacologic degradation of SLC25A13 restores ferroptosis sensitivity and enhances anti‐PD‐1 efficacy, highlighting a strategy to convert immune‐cold tumors into immunotherapy ...

Comparative characteristics of mammary glands cancer in humans and animals

This review is devoted to a comparative analysis of receptor status, immunity, angiogenesis, metastatic mammal glands cancer expression profiling in humans and animals. Angiogenesis has been assessed by quantitative and immunohistochemical characteristics by means of evaluation of microvascular density (MVD) using ...
