Carbon Nanotube 3D Integrated Circuits: From Design to Applications
As Moore's law approaches its physical limits, carbon nanotube (CNT) 3D integrated circuits (ICs) emerge as a promising alternative due to the miniaturization, high mobility, and low power consumption. A novel polymer electrolyte membrane with a hyperbranched interpenetrating hydrogen bond network structure is developed. The unique structure of the hyperbranched polymer contributes to a high glass transition temperature exceeding 400 °C, enabling its operation at elevated temperatures for fuel cell applications.

Interfacial Interaction‐Mediated Regulation of Metal Oxidation States for Enhanced CO2 Reduction
A hybrid strategy is employed to optimize bismuth–oxygen interactions, precisely regulating interfacial bismuth–oxygen bonds during topochemical synthesis. This leads to vanadium oxynitride‐bismuth catalyst exhibiting high Faradaic efficiency and durability for formate production, attributed to enhanced reaction thermodynamics and kinetics.
