Advanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.Biologic therapy development is rapidly accelerating, requiring extended delivery formulation strategies. Supramolecular hydrogels and electrostatic complexation create subcutaneous depots that release clinically relevant trastuzumab doses in a controlled manner through simple component mixing without chemical modifications.

Advanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.This study developed 3D‐printable THA‐Col microgels for delivering BMP‐7 cmRNA. The key result is that hMSCs transfected on the biomaterials showed BMP‐7 secretion levels comparable to pre‐transfected hMSCs, therefore introducing a cmRNA‐activated matrix to promote bone healing.
