Circadian rhythms of metabolite abundance in Drosophila are largely driven by time of feeding
The FEBS Journal, EarlyView.Circadian clocks exist in the brain and peripheral tissues such as the Drosophila fat body. Single‐nuclei transcriptomics reveal that the fat body clock generates time‐of‐day differences in metabolic gene transcription, which may also be indirectly controlled by brain clocks.

Combining TAG‐72CAR with anti‐MUC16CAR improves the potency of ovarian cancer treatment
The FEBS Journal, EarlyView.Tz‐KBBCAR, a combinatorial CAR targeting MUC16 and TAG‐72, enhances the precision of ovarian cancer immunotherapy. By requiring both tumour antigens for full activation, Tz‐KBBCAR was designed to eliminate MUC16+/TAG‐72+ cancer cells, while sparing MUC16+/TAG‐72‐ healthy cells.
