Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
FEBS Letters, EarlyView.We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Lattice-Ordered Matrix Algebras Over Real GCD-Domains [PDF]
Communications in Algebra, 2013 Let $ R \subset \R $ be a GCD-domain. In this paper, Weinberg's conjecture on the $ n \times n $ matrix algebra $ M_{n}(R) \ (n \geq 2) $ is proved. Moreover, all the lattice orders (up to isomorphisms) on a full $ 2 \times 2 $ matrix algebra over $ R $ are obtained.
