This study investigated how PYCR1 inhibition in bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) indirectly affects multiple myeloma (MM) cell metabolism and viability. Culturing MM cells in conditioned medium from PYCR1‐silenced BMSCs impaired oxidative phosphorylation and increased sensitivity to bortezomib.

Conservation law of harmonic mappings in supercritical dimensions
In this short note, we provide a partial extension of Rivière’s convervation law in higher dimensions under certain Lorentz integrability condition for the connection matrix.

Nash equilibria set computing in finite extended games [PDF]
he Nash equilibria set (NES) is described as an intersection of graphs of best response mappings. The problem of NES computing for multi-matrix extended games is considered. A method for NES computing is studied.

This study integrates transcriptomic profiling of matched tumor and healthy tissues from 32 colorectal cancer patients with functional validation in patient‐derived organoids, revealing dysregulated metabolic programs driven by overexpressed xCT (SLC7A11) and SLC3A2, identifying an oncogenic cystine/glutamate transporter signature linked to ...

The Application Domain of Infinite Matrices with Algorithms
The purpose of this paper is twofold. First, we define the new spaces and investigate some topological and structural properties. Also, we compute dual spaces of new spaces which are help us in the characterization of matrix mappings.

Aggressive prostate cancer is associated with pericyte dysfunction
Tumor‐produced TGF‐β drives pericyte dysfunction in prostate cancer. This dysfunction is characterized by downregulation of some canonical pericyte markers (i.e., DES, CSPG4, and ACTA2) while maintaining the expression of others (i.e., PDGFRB, NOTCH3, and RGS5).

Related Suzuki-type fixed point theorems in ordered metric space
In this paper, we use Suzuki-type contraction to prove three fixed point theorems for generalized contractions in an ordered space equipped with two metrics; we obtain some generalizations of the Kannan fixed point theorem.

Term Mapping Using Matrix Operations
We believe that gene name identification is a modular process involving term recognition, classification and mapping. This work's focus is on gene name mapping, and we assume that names are already recognized and classified. We use a combination of two methods to map recognized entities to their appropriate gene identifiers (Entrez GeneIDs): the ...

Urinary LGALS3BP is elevated in bladder cancer patients compared to healthy controls as detected by the 1959 antibody–based ELISA. The antibody shows enhanced reactivity to the high‐mannose glycosylated variant secreted by cancer cells treated with kifunensine (KIF).

The Abel-type transformations into ℓ
Let t be a sequence in (0,1) that converges to 1, and define the Abel-type matrix Aα,t by ank=(k+α k)tnk+1(1−tn)α+1 for α>−1. The matrix Aα,t determines a sequence-to-sequence variant of the Abel-type power series method of summability introduced by ...
