Droplet‐based microfluidics enables precise, high‐throughput microscale reactions but continues to face challenges in scalability, reproducibility, and data complexity. This review examines how artificial intelligence enhances droplet generation, detection, sorting, and adaptive control and discusses emerging opportunities for clinical and industrial ...

ABSTRACT Background Pseudomonas aeruginosa is an opportunistic pathogen in cystic fibrosis‐related chronic rhinosinusitis (CF‐CRS) that produces phenazine metabolites pyocyanin and 1‐hydroxyphenazine (1‐HP), which may have detrimental effects on mitochondria, reactive oxygen species (ROS), Ca2+ signaling, and apoptosis.

Estrogen and Vitamin D Control of Transcription in MCF-7 Cells
The Extracellular Signal-Regulated Kinase (ERK) is part of a key, signaling pathway that regulates both transcription and translation in many cell types.

Quantitative proteomics identifies clusterin as a novel biomarker for atherosclerosis
This schematic illustrates the proposed mechanism. In advanced atherosclerotic lesions, upregulated CLU on the cell surface activates low‐density lipoprotein (LDL) receptor‐related protein 1 (LRP1). This interaction triggers the phosphorylation and activation of AKT.

14-3-3γ Binds to CaM KKα and Blocks Estrogen Signaling in MCF-7 Cells
Extracellular Signal-Regulated Kinase (ERK) is activated by estrogen (E2) downstream of CaM KK leading to cell growth in MCF-7 breast cancer cells. Previous studies have shown that ERK activation may be inhibited by cAMP and PKA.

Therapeutic Applications of Stimuli‐Based Release and Engineering of Extracellular Vesicles
This review summarizes the effects of endogenous and exogenous stimuli, their effects on the natural release of extracellular vesicles, as well as their uptake and release. It also gives an overview of stimuli‐responsive EVs and their therapeutic applications. Extracellular vesicles (EVs), nano‐ to microsized lipid bilayer membrane‐bound particles, are

Estrogen Regulation of Jun and Fos in MCF-7 Cells
C-Fos and c-Jun are transcription factors that form the dimer Activator Protein 1 (AP-1) and bind DNA to initiate transcription. C-Fos, c-Jun are targets of the Extracellular Signal-Regulated Kinase (ERK) in multiple cell types, including MCF-7 breast ...

We prepared five glycosylated liposomal nanoparticles (G‐LNPs) to investigate the role of glycosylation and protein corona in modulating the in vivo behavior of G‐LNPs. We show that IgG and complement C3 adsorption enhanced liposomal nanoparticle clearance, with IgG promoting subsequent C3 binding.

Abstract Pterosaur dental biology remains poorly understood despite its importance for comprehending feeding strategies and flight adaptations. Here, we present the first comprehensive histological analysis of an ornithocheiriform pterosaur tooth from the Lower Cretaceous Crato Formation (Santana Group, Northeast Brazil).

Abstract Tyrannosaurus is viewed as a model organism in vertebrate paleontology, with numerous studies analyzing its feeding biomechanics. Nonetheless, the evolution of this feeding performance has been under‐addressed in Tyrannosauroidea, especially in basal tyrannosauroids. Here we used muscle‐force reconstruction and finite element analysis (FEA) to
