c-Abl Phosphorylation of Mdm2 Facilitates Mdm2-Mdmx Complex Formation [PDF]
Mdm2 and Mdmx are oncoproteins that have essential yet nonredundant roles in development and function as part of a multicomponent ubiquitinating complex that targets p53 for proteasomal degradation. However, in response to DNA damage, Mdm2 and Mdmx are phosphorylated and protect p53 through various mechanisms.

Photobiomodulated microglia release engineered extracellular vesicles that deliver UFL1 to the injured spinal cord. UFL1 competitively binds p53 with MDM2, inhibiting p53 ubiquitination and stabilizing p53 signaling. This dual mechanism simultaneously promotes anti‐inflammatory microglial polarization and directs neural stem cell differentiation toward

AI‑guided single‑cell transcriptomics identifies OGT as a key regulator enriched in rheumatoid arthritis fibroblast‑like synoviocytes (RA‐FLSs). Inflammatory stimuli activate the OGT–SAP130 axis, which modulates the H3K27ac/H3K27me3 balance and epigenetically silences BTG2, promoting aggressive transformation of RA‑FLSs.

Phase separation of SF3B1 acts as a key regulatory mechanism for dynamic alternative splicing throughout early mouse embryogenesis. Its absence triggers extensive splicing errors, which induce persistent DNA damage, defective cell cycle progression, and failed cell lineage commitment, and ultimately hinder the normal growth and development of ...

Machine‐learning‐driven transcriptomic analysis identifies FSTL3 as a key tumor‐microenvironment regulator in desmoplastic pancreatic adenocarcinoma. A cRGD‐modified liposome co‐loading gemcitabine and siFSTL3 serves as an irradiation‐triggered in situ nanovaccine. It synergizes with radiotherapy to induce ferroptosis and immunogenic cell death through
