On delegatability of MDVS schemes
Journal of Computer Virology and Hacking Techniques, 2021In a designated verifier signature (DVS) scheme, a signer (Alice) generates a signature which can only be verified by a designated verifier (Bob) chosen by her. Moreover, Bob cannot transfer his conviction about Alice’s signature to any third party. A DVS scheme provides the capability of authenticating Alice to Bob without disrupting her privacy.

Marek's disease virus (MDV) is an alphaherpesvirus of chickens that causes the paralysis and rapid lymphoma formation known as Marek's disease. MDV establishes latent infection in activated CD4+ T-cells, and these cells are also the target for transformation.

Feather tips from chickens infected with oncogenic or nononcogenic Marek's disease virus (MDV) were individually tested for MDV antigens by the agar-gel-precipitin test to compare antigen contents of feather follicles infected with oncogenic or nononcogenic MDV.

MDV: A Multi-Factors Data Valuation Method
2019 5th International Conference on Big Data Computing and Communications (BIGCOM), 2019Data valuation plays a key role in information lifecycle management (ILM). There are two kinds of methods to assess data's value: policy-based method and non-policy-based method. A policy-based method depends on the administrators' principles and the relations between applications in upper layer which makes data value assessment comprehensive.

A BamHI, EcoRI, and XhoI restriction endonuclease map of Marek's disease virus (MDV) serotype 2 (MDV2) DNA was constructed by double-digest analyses of 28 cloned BamHI and 11 cloned EcoRI fragments of MDV2 DNA, followed by hybridization tests of these cloned BamHI DNA fragments with electrophoretically separated digests of MDV2-infected cell DNA.

Marek's disease virus (MDV) is an acute transforming alphaherpesvirus of chickens that causes Marek's disease. During the infection of chickens, MDV establishes latency in CD4+ (T-helper) cells, which are also the target of transformation. The study of MDV latency has been limited to the use of MDV tumor-derived cell lines or blood cells isolated from ...

Nitric oxide (NO), a free radical produced by the enzyme NO synthase (NOS), is a potent antiviral agent in addition to having immune regulating functions. Recently, it was reported that chickens resistant (N2a, MHC: B21B21) to the development of Marek's disease (MD) had a greater potential to produce NO than MD-susceptible chickens (P2a, MHC: B19B19 ...

Marek's disease virus (MDV) encodes a basic leucine-zipper protein, Meq, that shares homology with the Jun/Fos family of transcriptional factors. Conclusive evidence that Meq is an oncogene of MDV came from recent studies of a Meq-null virus, rMd5 Delta Meq. This virus replicated well in vitro, but was non-oncogenic in vivo. Further characterization of
