Mechanochemical synthesis Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 [PDF]
Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 was prepared from the starting materials BaCO3, SrCO3 and TiO2 through solid state reaction. Mixture of these oxides was mechanically activated using a high-energy ball mill at different time intervals from 0 to 120 minutes. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction to obtain information about the composition of phase ...

Advancing Upcycling and Regeneration of Spent LiFePO4: Failure Mechanisms and Recovery Strategies
This review studies the failure mechanism to promote the upcycling regeneration of spent lithium iron phosphate (S‐LFP). It first summarizes the failure mechanisms of LFP batteries revealed via advanced characterization technologies and then explores the respective advantages and challenges of hydrometallurgy and direct regeneration methods.

Bayesian Optimization of Solvent‐Free Thermal Amidation via Reactive Extrusion
Thermal amidation between a carboxylic acid and an amine was successfully conducted in an extruder in the absence of solvent, coupling agent, or catalyst, relying on an adapted Bayesian Optimization protocol. Active pharmaceutical ingredient moclobemide was synthesized on a larger scale, achieving excellent yield and low Process Mass Intensity (PMI ...

Mechanochemical Synthesis of Lead-Free Halide Layered Double Perovskites: A Green and Scalable Approach. [PDF]
Herein we report a facile, green, and scalable synthetic alternative for the obtention of layered double perovskites (LDPs) via mechanosynthesis. This approach allows for the synthesis of phase‐pure LDPs in batches of up to 5 g within minutes. To our knowledge, this represents the largest scale and fastest synthesis of these materials reported to date.
