Synthesis and Antiproliferative Activity of Cisplatin‐3–Chloropiperidine Conjugates
Synthesis and characterization of two novel cisplatin‐ alkylating agents conjugates. Combining cisplatin with a sterically demanding cyclic nitrogen mustard. Cytotoxicity of the ligands and the complexes examined with MTT assays. The novel conjugates displayed a high antiproliferative potency against 5 human cancer cell lines.

An overview of different methods to establish a murine premature ovarian failure model
Ten different methods to induce murine POF models: (1) POF model induced by chemotherapy drugs, (2) radiotherapy‐induced POF model, (3) genetically induced POF model, (4) POF model induced by D‐galactose, (5) natural ovarian aging (NOA)‐induced POF model (6) physiological POF model with consecutive superovulation, (7) oophorectomy POF model, (8) POF ...

A comparative analysis of DNA molecular crosslinking by dichloro-N-substituted azaadamantane isomers [PDF]
A series of anti, anti-dichloro-N-substituted azaadamantanes have been synthesized (Henkel et al, 1981, J. Org. Chem. , 46, 3483) representing conformationally rigid nitrogen mustards incorporated into an adamantyl framework with well defined ...
