The Graphene Oxide Memristive DNA Sensor for Taxonomic Fingerprint

open access: yesMacromolecular Materials and Engineering, EarlyView.
A graphene oxide–based memristive DNA sensor enables rapid, label‐free quantification of nucleotide base composition across 37%–55% GC with strong linear calibration. Delivering results within 2–5 min, the platform combines high sensitivity with minimal sample preparation, offering a practical tool for point‐of‐care diagnostics, genetic fingerprinting,

Two‐Dimensional Transition Metal Dichalcogenides Properties Enhanced by Nano‐ and Micro‐Scale Shape Control

open access: yesMetalMat, EarlyView.
This review explores current strategies for shaping two‐dimensional transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) beyond their planar form. It highlights how strain engineering, nanopatterning, and growth on complex substrates modulate their mechanical, optical, and electronic properties.

Existence Analysis of a Three‐Species Memristor Drift‐Diffusion System Coupled to Electric Networks

open access: yesMathematical Methods in the Applied Sciences, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The existence of global weak solutions to a partial‐differential‐algebraic system is proved. The system consists of the drift‐diffusion equations for the electron, hole, and oxide vacancy densities in a memristor device, the Poisson equation for the electric potential, and the differential‐algebraic equations for an electric network.

Exploring New Chemical Paths in Quantum AI: Preliminary Accomplishments and Future Perspectives

open access: yesAdvanced Quantum Technologies, EarlyView.
Two new strategies derived from Chemical AI to promote the advancement of sustainable quantum technologies are presented and discussed. The first strategy relies on the chemical implementation of molecular fuzzy sets, which are quantum mixed states associated with chemical microheterogeneous systems. The second strategy relies on photochromic compounds
