Development of Immunoelectron Microscopy for VASN Detection Using Multiple Models and Identification of VASN as a Key Regulator of Mitochondrial Homeostasis in Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cells

We developed an optimized immunoelectron microscopy method (IEM‐VASN) for precise VASN localization, rigorously validated in both gene‐edited cells and knockout mice. Application of this method uncovered distinct mitochondrial enrichment of VASN.

Electrically Reconfigurable Quasi‐BIC Metadevices Enabled by Integrated Barium Titanate

An electrically reconfigurable quasi‐BIC metasurface is demonstrated by monolithic integration of barium titanate. Leveraging the Pockels effect, linear tuning of 1.79 nm/V is achieved, enabling a 250 μm2 miniaturized spectrometer with 0.2 nm resolution, 99% fidelity, and high throughput.
