Epigenetic heterogeneity and plasticity in therapy‐induced tumor states through single‐cell multi‐omics

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

Использование обменной энергии у бычков в период выращивания при разном уровне обменного протеина в рационе

open access: yesAgricultural Science, 2019
Experimental investigations carried out using Kholmogory bulls, kept under vivarium conditions, have been aimed to study the effect of different levels of metabolizable protein in the diet on the use intensity of metabolizable energy.

The Metabolizable Energy of Linear Paraffins for the Chick

open access: yesPoultry Science, 1972
Abstract Linear hydrocarbons (C14 to C17) were incorporated in the diet of young chicks in amounts as high as 12 percent. The diets were highly palatable and had no apparent adverse effects on growth, feed efficiencies and serum levels of free fatty acids, cholesterol and total carotenoids. Metabolizable energy values were 2.17 kcal./g.

ZW4864‐mediated inhibition of the β‐catenin/BCL9/BCL9L complex reveals therapeutic potential in bladder cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

Ketersediaan Energi Ransum yang Mengandung Wheat Pollard Hasil Olahan Enzim Cairan Rumen yang Diproses Secara Steam Pelleting pada Ayam Broiler

open access: yesMedia Peternakan, 2004
Wheat pollard is a common feed ingredient, but its non starch polysaccharide component is still a limiting factor as an anti nutrition. The combination treatment of enzymes from rumen liquor (DE) and steam pelleting (SP), could change non-starch ...

Circulating microRNA signatures of cachexia and cancer in Canis familiaris as a comparative oncology model for human disease

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Circulating microRNAs as biomarkers of cachexia and sex‐specific cancer in senior dogs. In 25 client‐owned dogs, four circulating miRNAs (miR‐15a, miR‐15b, miR‐16, miR‐140) were downregulated in cachexia, with miR‐16 the strongest individual biomarker (AUC = 0.899).

PENGARUH BERBAGAI ENKAPSULAN DALAM PROSES ENKAPSULASI ASAM SITRAT SEBAGAIACIDIFIER DALAM PAKAN AYAM PEDAGING TERHADAP KECERNAAN PROTEIN DAN ENERGI MET ABOLIS

open access: yesJurnal Ilmu-Ilmu Peternakan, 2009
The aim of this research was to examine the influence of several encapsulants in encapsulating citric acid used as acidifier on protein digestibility and metabolizable energy in broilers.

Energy nutritional requirements for females of Nellore, Nellore × Angus and Nellore × Simmental fed on two forage: concentrate ratios

open access: yesRevista Brasileira de Zootecnia, 2012
The objective of this study was to determine the energy nutritional requirements for females of Nellore, Nellore × Angus and Nellore × Simmental fed on two levels of concentrate. Sixty heifers from three genetic groups were used: 20 Nellore, 20 Nellore ×

PANoptosis in the pathogenesis of myelodysplastic syndromes

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
PANoptosis, a combination of three types of programmed cell death, is mediated by a large protein complex called a PANoptosome. In healthy bone marrow hematopoietic cells, PANoptosis is restricted by inhibitory signaling. In MDS, bone marrow cells become sensitive to the PANoptotic stimuli due to the aberrant inactivation of inhibitory signaling or ...

Metabolizable Energy of Rapeseed Meal for the Laying Hen

open access: yesPoultry Science, 1966
Abstract Sibbald and Slinger (1963) reported that, for chicks, the “corrected” metabolizable energy (M.E.) of solvent extracted rapeseed meal (R.M.) was about 1530 kilcalories per kilogram on an air-dry basis. Apparently, this is the only published estimate of the M.E. of R.M. In view of the current interest in the feeding potential of R.M.
