Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.

Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Single circulating tumor cells (sCTCs) from high‐grade serous ovarian cancer patients were enriched, imaged, and genomically profiled using WGA and NGS at different time points during treatment. sCTCs revealed enrichment of alterations in Chromosomes 2, 7, and 12 as well as persistent or emerging oncogenic CNAs, supporting sCTC identity.

Method validation for mycotoxin analysis
Mycotoxins, 2006 分析法の妥当性確認は、分析の精度を保証するための第一歩となる基本事項である。分析法の妥当性確認方法としては、国際ハーモナイズドプロトコールに基づいたフルコラボスタディー（HCV)があるが、これのみを分析法の妥当性確認法と考える必要はなく、分析法にその目的適合性があるように、その分析法の試料目的に合わせた妥当性確認法を選択してMethod Validationを行う必要がある。Method Validationの世界ではAOACインターナショナルが大きな役割を果たしてきたが、近年はその妥当性確認に関して多様な新しい要求が出てきている。しかし妥当性確認された分析法を適切な適用性確認を経て使用することは分析の品質保証の第一歩であり重要なことである。

Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.
