Advances in Cancer Immunotherapy for Solid Tumors
Cancer immunotherapy for solid tumors is rapidly evolving beyond classical checkpoint blockade toward more precise strategies. Emerging checkpoint targets, bispecific antibodies, antibody–drug conjugate combinations, personalized vaccines, cellular therapies, and engineered cytokines are expanding therapeutic possibilities, while biomarker‐guided ...

Micronuclei containing whole chromosomes harbouring the selectable gene do not lead to mutagenesis.
Loss of heterozygosity is one genetic change observed in many tumours. We do not know whether the loss of chromosomal material through micronucleus formation is a viable mechanism associated with, and possibly leading to, genetic disease.

ABSTRACT Engineered nanomaterials (ENMs) are increasingly applied in agriculture to improve crop yield, nutrient efficiency, and food quality. This study examines the environmental transformation of ENMs, their uptake in plants, and their transfer across the agri‐food chain leading to human exposure.

Age-Dependent Inclusion of Sex Chromosomes in Lymphocyte Micronuclei of Man
SummaryTwo-color centromeric FISH was used to study the inclusion of the X and Y chromosomes in micronuclei of cultured lymphocytes from 10 men representing two age groups (21–29 years and 51–55 years).

ABSTRACT Pollen is a male gametophyte of angiosperms. Following meiosis, the microspore undergoes an asymmetric division called pollen mitosis I (PMI), which produces two cells of different sizes: a large vegetative cell and a small generative cell. Polarized nuclear migration and positioning during PMI are important for successful pollen development ...
