PPY‐Induced iCAFs Cultivate an Immunosuppressive Microenvironment in Pancreatic Cancer

Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma features abundant stromal components that hinder therapy efficacy. Single‐cell RNA sequencing analysis combined with experiments identified PPY, a gastrointestinal hormone, as a novel inducer of immunosuppressive iCAFs.
