In this paper, we consider a general study of a recent proposed hematopoietic stem cells model. This model is a combination of nonlocal diffusion equation and difference equation with delay.

This study investigates H4TBAPy‐based metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) ‐ NU‐1000, NU‐901, SrTBAPy, and BaTBAPy ‐ for multiphoton absorption (MPA) performance. It observes topology‐dependent variations in the 2PA cross‐section, with BaTBAPy exhibiting the highest activity.

Master-modes in 3D turbulent channel flow [PDF]
Turbulent flow fields can be expanded into a series in a set of basic functions. The terms of such series are often called modes. A master- (or determining) mode set is a subset of these modes, the time history of which uniquely determines the time ...

Laser‐Induced Graphene from Waste Almond Shells
Almond shells, an abundant agricultural by‐product, are repurposed to create a fully bioderived almond shell/chitosan composite (ASC) degradable in soil. ASC is converted into laser‐induced graphene (LIG) by laser scribing and proposed as a substrate for transient electronics.

Travelling waves in the lattice epidemic model
In this article, we establish the existence and nonexistence of travelling waves for a lattice non-monotone integral equation which is an epidemic model.

In this paper we prove a new estimate of the threshold wave speed for traveling wavefronts of the reaction–diffusion–convection equations of the type \[v_\tau + h(v) v_x= \left[ D(v)v_x \right]_x + f(v) \] where \(h\) is a convective term, \(D\) is a ...

Examination of Wave Speed in Rotating Detonation Engines Using Simplified Computational Fluid Dynamics [PDF]
A simplified, two-dimensional, computational fluid dynamic (CFD) simulation, with a reactive Euler solver is used to examine possible causes for the low detonation wave propagation speeds that are consistently observed in air breathing rotating ...

Convergence to pulsating traveling waves with minimal speed in some KPP heterogeneous problems [PDF]
The notion of traveling wave, which typically refers to some particular spatio-temporal con- nections between two stationary states (typically, entire solutions keeping the same profile's shape through time), is essential in the mathematical analysis of propagation phenomena.

Double Helical Plasmonic Antennas
Plasmonic double helical antennas funnel circularly polarized light to the nanoscale, offering strong chiroptical interaction and directional light emission. Extending a single helix design tool, this study combines numerical modeling with experimental validation, revealing large, broadband dissymmetry factors in the visible range.
