Targeting USP1 Potentiates Radiation‐Induced Type I IFN‐Dependent Antitumor Immunity by Enhancing Oligo‐Ubiquitinated SAR1A‐Mediated STING Trafficking and Activation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Targeting USP1 is identified as a strategy that significantly enhances type I IFN‐dependent innate immune response within the TME following radiotherapy. Mechanistically, USP1 inhibition facilitates STING trafficking from ER to Golgi by preserving K27‐linked oligo‐ubiquitination of SAR1A, thereby facilitating efficient activation of the dsDNA‐cGAS ...

Enhancing Osteogenesis through Bio‐Inspired Recombinant Coral Protein Galaxin by Targeting Mitochondrial Metabolism and ATP Production

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The study highlights the potential of recombinant galaxin (a coral protein) as a novel and effective biomaterial for bone regeneration. It binds to ATP synthase subunit β (ATP5B) in mouse pre‐osteoblasts, thereby causing increased ATP production and mitochondrial activity.

Targeting Histone Deacetylase 11 with a Highly Selective Inhibitor for the Treatment of MASLD

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A potent HDAC11‐specific inhibitor, B6, is identified using substrate‐mimic and bioisosteric replacement strategies. B6 demonstrates high oral bioavailability, extensive liver distribution, and a favorable safety profile. B6 effectively alleviates metabolic dysfunction‐associated steatotic liver disease by increasing the expression of LKB1 and ...

Icaritin Represses Autophagy to Promote Colorectal Cancer Cell Apoptosis and Sensitized Low‐Temperature Photothermal Therapy via Targeting HSP90‐TXNDC9 Interactions

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Icaritin demonstrates broad antitumor effects by inhibiting colorectal cancer (CRC) cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and causing cell cycle arrest. It induces apoptosis by repressing autophagic flux through disrupting HSP90‐TXNDC9 interactions.
