Cyclotron resonance of polarons in ternary mixed crystals
Rayleigh-Schrödinger perturbation theory and an improved Wigner-Brillouin perturbation theory has been used to study the cyclotron resonance of the polarons in ternary mixed crystals in the zero-temperature limit.

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

THE FORMATION MECHANISM OF ASSEMBLED COMPLEXES BRIDGED BY1,3–BIS(4–PYRIDYL)PROPANE [PDF]
Several types of crystals having different color appeared in the synthesis of assembled complex of mixed crystals with three metals. [H2(bpp)][M(NCS)4] changed to 1D chain polymer (M(NCS)2(bpp)) by releasing HNCS from the cation and anion in a reaction ...

Computational studies of one and two-dimensional photonic microstructures [PDF]
This work is concerned with the study of photonic crystals and other topical photonic microstructures, whose optical properties are investigated by solving the Maxwell equations using appropriate theoretical and computational schemes, which are described.

Oncogenic DMTF1β promotes cancer cell motility by regulating autophagy through ULK1 stabilization
In the current study, we demonstrate that the oncogene DMTF1β regulates ULK1 stability by reducing its proteasomal degradation in cancer cells. This stabilization enables ULK1 to induce autophagy, which in turn facilitates cancer cell migration. Consequently, reduced DMTF1β levels lead to decreased autophagy and impaired cancer cell migration.

The infrared spectra of tetrahedral anions in mixed crystals
Group Analysis of the infrared spectra of KClO4-KMnO4, KClO4-KBF4 and K2SO4-K2XO4 (where X is Se, Cr, Mn) mixed crystals was carried out. These systems form D2h16 orthorhombic substitution mixed crystals; the symmetry of the anion is Td.

Phonons in disordered molecular solids: Raman spectra of heavily doped mixed crystals of benzene and perdeuterobenzene [PDF]
Raman spectra of mixed crystals of benezene‐h6 and benzene‐d6 have been studied throughout the whole concentration range (0%–100%). They are discussed in the virtual crystal limit, suitable for small trap depths.

BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

Enzymes of the 2‐hydroxyacyl‐CoA lyase group catalyze the condensation of formyl‐CoA with aldehydes or ketones. Thus, by structural adaptation of active sites, practically any pharmaceutically and industrially important 2‐hydroxyacid could be biotechnologically synthesized. Combining crystal structure analysis, active site mutations and kinetic assays,
