Molecular Weight Distribution of Polypropylene
The Journal of the Society of Chemical Industry, Japan, 1962 ポリプロピレンの分子量分布測定法について二,三検討した。溶媒としてデカリンを用いた分別溶解法(温度上昇)では結晶性と分子量のかね合いで分別され,分子量分布の測定法としては不適当である。溶解温度一定の分別溶解法では,溶媒デカリン,非溶媒ニトロベンゼンの混合比をかえて分別した。この方法では,結晶性の影響はなくなるが,溶解温度を高くするほど低分子量部分を有効に分別できる。ジフェニルエーテルを溶媒とした分別沈殿法(温度降下)は,良好な分別法であるように思われる。この方法で求めたポリプロピレンの分子量分布の幅U = M w / M n は, 樹脂用の市販品でU=11～45,繊維用でU=10以下であり,一般のビニル重合物にくらべて大きい。ポリプロピレンのn-ヘプタン不溶部がアイソタクチック ...

Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.
