Pre‐analytical optimization of cell‐free DNA and extracellular vesicle‐derived DNA for mutation detection in liquid biopsies

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Engineered extracellular vesicles enriched with the miR‐214/199a cluster enhance the efficacy of chemotherapy in ovarian cancer

ポリプロピレンの分子量分布測定法について二,三検討した。溶媒としてデカリンを用いた分別溶解法(温度上昇)では結晶性と分子量のかね合いで分別され,分子量分布の測定法としては不適当である。溶解温度一定の分別溶解法では,溶媒デカリン,非溶媒ニトロベンゼンの混合比をかえて分別した。この方法では,結晶性の影響はなくなるが,溶解温度を高くするほど低分子量部分を有効に分別できる。ジフェニルエーテルを溶媒とした分別沈殿法(温度降下)は,良好な分別法であるように思われる。この方法で求めたポリプロピレンの分子量分布の幅U = M w / M n は, 樹脂用の市販品でU=11～45,繊維用でU=10以下であり,一般のビニル重合物にくらべて大きい。ポリプロピレンのn-ヘプタン不溶部がアイソタクチック ...

Keratin 19 as a prognostic marker and contributing factor of metastasis and chemoresistance in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.
