Evaluation of T-cell repertoire by flow cytometric analysis in primary immunodeficiencies with DNA repair defects. [PDF]

We analysed TCR‐vβ clones skewing in DNA repair defects, focusing particularly on ataxia‐telangiectasia (AT), and emphasized the utility of flow cytometry in TCR repertoire analysis for clinical applications. Our findings revealed that certain TCR‐vβ clones were either overrepresented or underrepresented compared to healthy controls.
