Probable sepsis‐associated encephalopathy as a component of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome in a cat with pyothorax

A 2‐year‐old male neutered domestic shorthair cat with bacterial pyothorax was referred to a tertiary hospital for treatment of sepsis. He met criteria for multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and developed new‐onset neurological dysfunction subsequent to the development of sepsis.

A multicentre analysis of efficacy, safety and molecular response correlates of fostamatinib in warm autoimmune haemolytic anaemia and Evans syndrome

Fostamatinib had 46% durable response, with 73% steroid reduction, in this multicentre retrospective study of refractory wAIHA/ES. Hypertension, gastrointestinal (GI) distress and neutropenia occurred in 23%. Only one patient required drug discontinuation and one patient dose reduction.

MYC Addiction as a Targetable Vulnerability in Nelarabine‐Resistant T‐Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

MYC drives nelarabine resistance in T‐ALL via a hyperactive transcriptional program. Pharmacological degradation of BET proteins dismantles this addiction, restoring drug sensitivity and extending survival in vivo. An Immune Dysfunction Signature Score Predicts Survival in MDS Patients: Insights From a Longitudinal, Multicenter Study

An immune dysfunction score (IDS) provides independent prognostic information in MDS and CMML, complements current risk models, mirrors disease changes, and reflects underlying immune impairment. IDS may also highlight therapeutic sensitivities, supporting its use as a practical biomarker for risk stratification and clinical follow‐up.

Patient‐Derived IgG Epitope Mapping of Bet v 1 Reveals Hypoallergenic Peptide Candidates for Safe and Next‐Generation Allergen Immunotherapy
