Nutritional Composition, Chemical Safety, and Microbiological Quality of Farmed Palm Weevil Larvae (Rhynchophorus phoenicis) From a Commercial Rearing Unit in Ghana

open access: yesFood Science &Nutrition, Volume 14, Issue 10, October 2026.
Frying and roasting significantly reduced moisture content and increased protein content of Rhynchophorus phoenicis larvae. Fat content was highest in fried samples, resulting in elevated energy values. Calcium and iron contents increased significantly following frying and roasting.

Exposure–Response Analyses of Ropeginterferon Alfa‐2b in Essential Thrombocythemia

open access: yesThe Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, Volume 66, Issue 10, October 2026.
Abstract Ropeginterferon alfa‐2b is a new‐generation interferon therapy for the treatment of myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs), including essential thrombocythemia (ET). This investigation was designed to characterize its population pharmacokinetics–pharmacodynamics (PopPK‐PD) and delineate exposure–response (E‐R) relationships in ET. A population PK

Clinicopathologic Characteristics of Somatic TP53 Mutations in Philadelphia Chromosome–Negative Myeloproliferative Neoplasms: A Systematic Review

open access: yeseJHaem, Volume 7, Issue 5, October 2026.
ABSTRACT Background TP53 mutations (TP53m) are uncommon in chronic‐phase Ph–negative myeloproliferative neoplasms but become enriched in myelofibrosis (MF) and accelerated/blast phase myeloproliferative (AP/BP‐MPN). Their prevalence, allelic distribution, and phase‐stratified outcomes have not been systematically synthesized.
